The hydraulic metering pump has a diaphragm in contact with the metered medium, while the driving part is a hydraulic plunger Since the diaphragm can be made of different materials depending on the metered medium, this metering pump combines the features of both diaphragm metering and piston metering pumps. It not only meets the user's requirements for outlet pressure but also solves the problem of metering corrosive media.
The flow rate this metering pump does not change with pressure, and it can be linearly adjusted from 0 to 100% in both working and non-working. The design of one pump with two heads allows one pump to meter different media with different metering amounts simultaneously, saving space and reducing costs. The product is with an overpressure safety protection valve, eliminating the need for a bypass typically required in conventional metering pumps, thus saving space and enhancing the safety of the product
